Mr. Alex Lau

With nearly twenty years experience in HR management, Alex has a wealth of experience as both builder and transformer of infrastructure in HR, including organization design, talents RED (recruitment, engagement and development) system, performance management, human resource development and succession planning.
In the last 10+ years, Alex was the Head of Human Resources Management for numerous US, European, Hong Kong and Singaporean listed companies. The companies encompass the industries of public utilities, wholesale and retail, manufacturing, E-business and mass media. Since 1996, he has already worked extensively in the Mainland China over multiple locations within the country.

In terms of performance management, Alex has helped companies developing and executing performance management strategies, performance appraisal scheme, delivering performance management trainings across Hong Kong, China and Vietnam.


Mr. Francis Chan, MBA

Francis Chan is General Manager Hong Kong at Lumesse, a global talent management provider, and focuses on helping clients identify and implement successful talent management strategies within the region. Prior to Lumesse, Francis spent over 8 years at a leading US-based talent management solutions company in product management, consulting, and business development roles in APAC. In those capacities, Francis gained significant experience helping companies worldwide design and deploy performance, compensation, and talent management processes and systems.

Francis holds an MBA, with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Marketing, from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and an MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He has also been awarded the Human Capital Strategist designation by the Human Capital Institute.
