I had one and split with four friends at Craftsteak. Saved the bone (almost 2 feet long) for my friend’s dog who looked like something out of the Flinstones chewing on it. This is a meat-stravaganza.
Remember, the only beef on the bone you can get in Hong Kong is Canadian, by law!
